Saddles, Smiles, and Little Footsteps: My Journey as a Mom and Horse Trainer šŸ“ā¤ļø

Hi there, friends! šŸ‘‹

I’m so excited to share a little piece of my world with you. My life isn’t always picture-perfect, but it’s filled with love, adventure, and plenty of muddy boots. I’m a proud mom to an amazing little one — now between four and five years old — who keeps me laughing, running, and constantly learning what patience really means. And when I’m not busy being ā€œMom,ā€ you’ll most likely find me out at the barn, training horses and soaking in the peace that comes from working with these incredible animals.

The Magic of Horses

I’ve loved horses for as long as I can remember. There’s something truly special about the bond you create with them — the trust, the communication, the quiet moments when words aren’t needed. Training horses is never boring. Some days bring big breakthroughs, and other days remind me that progress takes time (and a lot of patience!). šŸ˜…

But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Watching a horse grow in confidence and skill is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Horses have taught me humility, perseverance, and compassion — lessons I carry into everything I do, especially motherhood.

Balancing Boots and Bedtime Stories

Life with a preschooler and a barn full of horses? Let’s just say no two days are ever the same! My mornings usually start with a whirlwind of activity: breakfast battles, tiny sneakers, and finding that one favorite toy that has to come everywhere. Once my little one is set, it’s off to the barn, where the smell of fresh hay, leather, and possibility greets me.

By the time we’re home, there’s story time, snack time, and plenty of imaginative play — usually involving horses, of course! My little one has grown up around the barn and loves being close to the animals. Watching their eyes light up when they reach out to pet a horse’s nose or laugh when one nudges them gently is pure magic. It makes all the juggling between mom life and trainer life completely worth it.

Finding Joy in the Journey

I’ve realized that life isn’t about having everything perfectly figured out. It’s about soaking up the small, beautiful moments — the sound of your child’s laughter echoing across the barn, the soft nuzzle of a horse after a long training session, the quiet pride that comes from working hard for what you love.

Training horses has taught me patience. Raising a curious, energetic little one has taught me strength. Together, they’ve shaped who I am today: a woman who loves deeply, works hard, and embraces the challenges and joys that come her way.

What’s Next

I plan to keep growing — as a mom, as a trainer, and as a person. There’s always something new to learn, whether it’s a better training method, a new way to connect with a horse, or simply figuring out how to balance life’s beautiful chaos.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that every hoofprint, every giggle, and every challenge is part of the journey. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. ā¤ļø

Whether you’re a fellow horse lover, a busy parent, or just someone curious about my little corner of the world, thanks for stopping by! I can’t wait to share more stories about training, motherhood, and all the adventures in between. šŸŽāœØ
